Sommerrodeln macht Spaß.

So richtig mit Vollgas in den Wonnemonat Mai starten könnt Ihr auf Sommerrodelbahnen, die quer durch die Berge zu finden sind und sich großer Beliebtheit erfreuen. Heute möchte wir Euch ein paar dieser Bahnen näher vorstellen.

1. Erlebnisberg Hocheck, Oberaudorf:

Die rund 100 m lange Rodelbahn
befindet sich mitten im Skigebiet Hocheck, das im Sommer zum Erlebnisberg wird. Die Rodelbahn erreicht Ihr mit der Vierersesselbahn ganz bequem und von der Mittelstation geht es dann mit vielen Kurven  und einem 360° Kreisel hinab ins Tal. Tina war schon in Oberaudorf und hat die klassische Sommerrodelbahn für Euch getestet.

 

2. Alpine Coaster am Kolbensattel, Oberammgau:

Eine der längsten Alpine-Coaster in Deutschland findet Ihr am Kolbensattel. Auf über 2600 m geht es 400 Höhenmeter durch 73 Kurven, 9 Jumps, 7 Wellen und eine 360° Kreisel talwärts. Zum Startpunkt der Rodelbahn gelangt Ihr mit einer Doppelsesselbahn und die Kolbensattel-Hütte an der Bergstation steht zur Einkehr bereit. Lena hat für Euch die Bahn ausprobiert.

 

3. Alpine-Coaster Imst:

Mitten in Tirol befindet sich die längste Bahn ihrer Art in den Alpen. Auf mehr als
3500 m schlängelt sich der Alpine Coaster von der Untemarker Alm hinab zur Talstation der Bergbahnen  Hoch-Imst, wo Euch eine Gondelbahn zum Startpunkt der Sommerrodelbahn führt. Lena und Tina saßen im Sommer gemeinsam in dem Alpine Coaster.

 

4. Egidi-Buckel St. Englmar:

Ein Eldorado für Adrenalinjunkies ist der Egidi-Buckel im Bayerischen Wald. Dort gibt es neben anderen Attraktionen eine klassische Sommerrodelbahn und einen Alpine-Coaster. Lena hat einen Tag lang dieses Areal ausprobiert und führ mehr als glücklich nach Hause.

 

 

 

You can really start the wonderful month of May at full speed on the summer toboggan runs, which can be found across the mountains and are very popular. Today we would like to introduce you to a few of these railways in more detail. 

1. Hocheck Adventure Mountain, Oberaudorf: 

The approximately 100 m long toboggan run is located in the middle of the Hocheck ski area, which becomes an adventure mountain in summer. You can easily reach the toboggan run with the four-seater chairlift and from the middle station you can go down into the valley with lots of curves and a 360° roundabout. Tina was already in Oberaudorf and tested the classic summer toboggan run for you. 

2. Alpine Coaster at Kolbensattel, Oberammgau: 

You can find one of the longest Alpine coasters in Germany at Kolbensattel. At over 2600 m it goes 400 meters in altitude through 73 curves, 9 jumps, 7 waves and a 360° roundabout down to the valley. You can reach the starting point of the toboggan run with a double chairlift and the Kolbensattel hut at the mountain station is available for a stop. Lena tried out the train for you. 

3. Alpine Coaster Imst: 

The longest railway of its kind in the Alps is located in the middle of Tyrol. At more than 3500 m, the Alpine Coaster winds its way from the Untemarker Alm down to the valley station of the Hoch-Imst mountain railway, where a gondola takes you to the starting point of the summer toboggan run. Lena and Tina sat together on the Alpine Coaster in the summer. 

4. Egidi-Buckel St. Englmar: 

The Egidi Hump in the Bavarian Forest is an Eldorado for adrenaline junkies. There is, among other attractions, a classic summer toboggan run and an Alpine coaster. Lena tried out this area for a day and went home more than happy.
